SalvaMese is a web application that lets you record fixed and recurring expenses, additional income and a reference salary, calculating their impact over the following twelve months. The service is offered free of charge.
SalvaMese is not a financial advisory service. The forecasts, analyses and suggestions generated by the application are for informational and organizational purposes only, are calculated solely from the data entered by the user, and do not take into account the user's overall financial situation. Every financial decision remains the sole responsibility of the user.
Guest mode allows you to try the application without registering. Data entered in this mode remains solely on the browser of the device in use and is not transmitted to the controller's servers. Upon creating an account, it is possible to transfer this data once, with the user's explicit confirmation. Clearing browser data results in the permanent loss of data entered in guest mode.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of continuous or error-free operation. The controller reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service, giving reasonable notice to registered users, except in cases of force majeure.
The application provides a feature to export data in JSON format. Users are advised to periodically back up their own data: keeping a personal backup is the user's responsibility.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the controller is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including loss of data, financial decisions made on the basis of information provided by the application, or interruptions attributable to third-party providers. Liability for willful misconduct and gross negligence remains unaffected. The controller is furthermore not responsible for the content of advertisements displayed through third-party services (e.g. Google AdSense), nor for the products or services promoted therein.
The name SalvaMese, the logo and the application's code belong to the controller. Data entered by the user remains the property of the user.
Users may delete their account at any time from the application's settings, resulting in the permanent deletion of their data. The controller may suspend access in the event of a violation of these terms.
These terms may be updated. The last-updated date indicates the version currently in effect; continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of it.
These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with users qualifying as consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or elected domicile, pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo).
